Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our Community Satisfaction Survey online. While telephone surveys are still being conducted, we’re now beginning the process of collating results and developing a report to share the community’s feedback and insights.

Help shape the future of Council services

The Community Satisfaction Survey (CSS) is a biennial survey that measures how satisfied our community is with Council’s services, facilities and overall performance.

Your feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve.

The survey takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete and closes on April 19.
