Delivery Program and Operational Plan open for consultation

Council has drafted the Delivery Program 2025–2029 and Operational Plan 2026–27.

The draft plans are available in the document library.

These plans outline the actions, services, and projects we’ll deliver to support our shared vision of a connected city with thriving communities.

In 2026–27, we’ll provide 38 key services and invest $224 million into our city, including $56 million in capital works to support essential infrastructure and a growing population.

We are seeking your feedback and input on the draft plans.

Together, we’re planning for a strong, sustainable future for Maitland.
